In March 2015, Niyaz released their fourth full-length world electronic studio album entitled “The Fourth Light.” The album includes original songs inspired by the work of the first female Sufi mystic and poet Rabia Al Basri (Rabia Al Adawiyya) as well as original compositions based on traditional folk songs that impart the beauty of ethnic and religious minority groups in their native Iran and its surrounding regions. As with all their previous releases, Niyaz’s music is infused with a deep social message aimed at uniting people from different cultural and religious backgrounds through our shared humanity.
